Pinta
Say hello to your new favourite all-natural sock yarn! Here at Fia Fia, we truly believe that sock yarns can be knit with all-natural fibres, and we're so happy to see brands like Pascuali developing yarns like Pinta.
Pinta is a blend of merino, mulberry silk, and ramie. It has softness and bounce from the merino, sheen and strength from the silk, and extra strength and durability from "nature's nylon" ramie!

HOW IT'S MADE
Pascuali is a German brand dedicated to sustainability and all-natural fibers. None of their yarns have any plastic-based fiber content, and they work hard to ensure transparency, traceability, and fair treatment of animals, humans, and the earth. Pinta is made from mulesing-free and RWS-certified merino that comes from Patagonia. The Mulberry Silk content comes from China, and the Ramie comes from Nepal. Everything is spun and dyed in Peru. PROJECT IDEAS
This yarn is ideal for socks with its high ramie and silk content! It's also great for baby or toddler items due to its durability. However, it would work very nicely for scarves, shawls, and delicate garments as well given its lovely sheen.
