Shipping & Handling
The courier we use depends on your delivery location. Here's an idea of which couriers we use for different locations:

We offer $8 flat rate shipping for Nova Scotia residents, and $12 flat rate for the rest of Canada. US and International shipping is calculated at checkout, or you can estimate shipping costs in your cart ahead of checkout.
Orders are packaged and shipped out within 2-3 days of receiving payment. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please keep in mind that we are a very small team. We try our best to get parcels shipped as soon as possible.
Free shipping is available on orders over $150 CAD before tax for Canadian customers only. We're sorry we cannot extend this option to our International customers at this time.
Loss or damage
Please note that we are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. Once we hand over the shipments to the carrier, we are no longer liable for loss or damage. However, we do understand that accidents happen. If you receive a damaged package, or your order doesn't arrive in the estimated timeframe, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do whatever we can to help.
For our US and International customers, please note that any extra fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer. We are a small business, and cannot cover extra customs or brokerage fees at this time.
