Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges on all our products, as long as they're unopened and in perfect condition.

FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item(s). Because we don't use paper receipts, you will have to show your emailed receipt to us when you make the return. You can return the item for a full refund, exchange it for another product, or receieve store credit in the form of a gift card.

If the items are not in the condition you purchased them in, we will not be able to take them back.

FOR ONLINE ORDERS, please post your order with trackable shipping within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot cover return shipping costs at this time. We work hard to get lots of accurate product photos on the site so that you won't have any surprises when your item arrives at your doorstep. If for whatever reason you're unhappy with your online order, please email us and let us know you'd like to make a return.

One way to avoid return shipping costs is to repack your order in the original packaging with the shipping label still intact. Write in large black font "RTS - Return to Sender" and drop the package into a postal box to get it returned to us free of charge.

Once your return parcel is recieved and inspected, we'll fulfill your refund or exchange for you.
