We offer returns and exchanges on all of our products as long as they are unopened and in perfect condition.

FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item(s). Please have your receipt ready to show us so that we can easily find your order number. If we can't find your order, you'll receive your refund in the form of a gift card instead.

If the items are not in the condition you purchased them in, we will not be able to take them back.

FOR ONLINE ORDERS, please post your order with trackable shipping within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot cover return shipping costs at this time. We work hard to get lots of accurate product photos on the site so that you won't have any surprises when your item arrives at your doorstep. If for whatever reason you're unhappy with your online order, please email us and let us know you'd like to make a return.
